CRM-Implementation comprehends projects/concepts, which are in an introduction phase or have finished it for a short time (not more than one year) and are able to proove first prosperities. Participation Conditions
Submissions to the panel by submitting companies must be complete and illustrative depictions of the respective CRM projects. The panel makes selections from the complete submissions with exclusion from any legal action. Three applicants from each category will be chosen for the final selection. At the conclusion of the panel’s selection period, on the day prior to the fair, the applicants may be asked to attend a personal interview to discuss their successful CRM project. Along with the submission evaluations, this discussion has a deciding influence over final placement. All applications that make it to the final round are viewed by the panel as being excellent models for successful implementation of CRM projects. The details from the panel evaluations will not be made public. However, a reason for the placement will be given during the award speech.
The finalists of the CRM Best Practice Award will present, explain, and illustrate their projects (and their successful implementation) to congress visitors in a 30 minute presentation during the “CRM @ its best” portion of the congress at the conclusion of the CRM-expo. The finalists will be presented in detail in an issue of acquisa before the CRM-expo. The handing out of the award will again be fully detailed and explained in the media coverage of the fair. Additionally, the finalists and their presentation materials will appear on the CRM-expo homepage and will be mentioned in the fair newsletter.
The CRM Best Practice Award is an award of the highest public reputation without monetary or material reward.
